How do I use LilyPadz?

It’s easy. Flip LilyPadz inside-out over your nipple with the tacky side toward your skin.	With a fnger in the center of LilyPadz, firmly depress the nipple.	With nipple in flattened position, smooth out over your breast.	Simply lift off LilyPadz to nurse your baby and then re-apply after feeding.
